Golden Dawn’s annual Thermopylae event took place in Early
September, in tribute to King Leonidas and the brave 300. For those that
don’t speak Greek, the themes of the speeches at the event were as
follows:
- The illegal immigrants are coming from the same lands of the Ancient Persian Empire, and are the same people who are once again invading our Fatherland
- National Resistance in the face of greater odds, and the Greek phrase Mono Labe (‘come and get them’), are as applicable concepts today as they were thousands of years ago
- Nationalists have a debt to those that have fallen in order to defence our Race and Land
- There are unsung heroes in every struggle, such as the 700 Thespians who fought with the 300 Spartans at Thermopylae. As nationalist we fight & sacrifice not just for individual reward or glory, but for the future of our people
- Today, instead of ‘Earth & water’, the imperialists demand our
National sovereignty & dignity through the memorandum, as an act of
submission to the internationalists who make us a subjugated tributary
nation
The event concluded with a silent tribute to the dead, and the recitation of the National anthem, as well as Golden Dawn’s anthem.
Love these torchlight marches. Just like the National Socialists did in Germany in the 1930's. If I was Greek, I'd vote Golden Dawn.
