Turkey continues to provoke our Thrace, with more and more Turkish officials & agents freely roaming the region, without a single word from our Marxist Occupational government.
On this most recent occasion, we have Mehmet Görmez, Head President of Ankara’s Religious Affairs department, officially making him the highest ranking cleric in Turkey. Dressed in his typical Asiatic attire, and strange turban, this Muslim Fundamentalist waltzed through our Thrace only 2 days after the anniversary of the fall of Constantinople, an event he joyfully celebrated with a major fiesta in what remains of the once great & now occupied city.
Görmez did not come to Thrace simply to roam the streets, and he wasted
no time in meeting with his intelligence agents, specifically in the
towns of Xanthi and Komotini. It was there in Komotini that he met with his
‘contacts’ in the Turkish Consulate, followed by a rendezvous at the
local mosque for afternoon prayers. Shortly thereafter, the head cleric
made his way to Xanthi, supposedly to prey again, but was seen soon after in
a number of private meetings with other highly suspect Muslim
individuals.
Görmez is the same fundamentalist who has openly stated our Hagia Sophia
should serve as an Islamic prayer hall, should Pope Francis continue
his criticism of Turkey. The undisguised threat to transform one of the
greatest cathedrals of Eastern Christendom into a mosque shows the true
colors of this cleric, asserting his religion as a cloak for his
ultra-Turkish national interests.
Görmez, who has spoken favourably and openly about Turkeys Neo-Ottoman expansionism, was free to network with the most extreme elements of the Thrace’s Muslim community, with their loyalty to Turkey and against Greece. The failure of the local authorities or the national government to take this seriously has left only the Golden Dawn to speak out against this Turkish agitator.
Golden Dawn calls for the closure of the Turkish Consulate of Komotini, as well as the immediate expulsion of all provocative Turks and their government agents. Thrace is, and always will be Greek, and not a single inch of Greek land will ever be handed to the Turks.

The presidency will deliver a new official car to Directorate of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) head Mehmet Görmez, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has said, after the former said he would return his luxurious official vehicle.
“We have decided to make a gesture, a move which suits that position, in response to impoliteness towards our directorate of religious affairs,” Erdoğan said on late May 21 in a televised interview.
Görmez, Turkey’s top cleric, has said he would return his 1 million Turkish Lira ($435,000) official car that was recently purchased, following strong criticism from opposition parties and the public. Yet, Erdoğan said he would have rejected the return of the car if had been informed beforehand.
The purchase of a Mercedes S500 sedan for the cleric, in addition to 14 Toyota cars for the Diyanet’s general directors and 16 minibuses for general use, elicited a strong reaction against the directorate.
The Diyanet announced on Dec. 13, 2014, that the purchases had been made with state funds, not with citizens’ private donations.
Earlier in December, Görmez was featured in international media when he met Pope Francis, during the latter’s historic visit to Turkey. It was reported that the Turkish authorities had refused the Pope’s request for “a humble car” in Ankara on the grounds of security. Nevertheless, in Istanbul, the pontiff surprised many onlookers when he arrived in a modest vehicle bearing a civilian license plate.
