Thousands of supporters and members of the Peoples Nationalist Movement have
been rushing to the latest Golden Dawn Protest in order to welcome the three
imprisoned members of the party. Police closed the roads around the Parliament
House, while security remained tight.
Thousands of Nationalists gathered with Golden Dawn & Greek flags in front of
the monument of the Unknown Soldier. The protested shouted slogans such as "No
prison for the nationalists”, defending the Chief of the People's League, Nikos
Michaloliakos and the other two members, Chris Pappas and Yiannis Lagos and
while condemning the government conspiracy against the Golden Dawn.
As traffic continues to congest, access was blocked to the side of the
Parliament House. According to the planning of the House, three Golden Dawn are
expected to attend the debate on lifting the immunity which are expected to
start on Wednesday, 12 noon.
