Turkey invades Greek Air Space

Four Turkish F-16 Jets invaded Greek airspace yet again, this time between the island of Lesvos and Chios. The F-16s flew in complete battle formation- with two flying low at 2800 feet, and two flying high at 10,000 feet for coverage.

Two Greek F-16s took off from Skryos and caught the jets during their flight path. This is just another example of Ankara’s arrogance in the Aegean, and a complete disregard for our borders. In the end, the Turkish Air Force committed violations in Greek airspace with no repercussions from the Samaras-Venizelos government.
