Tension in the regional council of Central Greece for hotspots - Only Greek Dawn on the side of the local residence ! (Video)

Charalambos Giotis:  "Why are you talking about refugees?  They are  illegal immigrants!"

The Regional Council of Central Greece ended up in the course of the local residence of the region, who where protesting against the settling of the illegal immigrants in Mavromatilla. Earlier they had held a rally in Park Square and marched in the town center of Lamia with the slogan "No in Mavromantilla – No to the destruction of our city" expressing their distress over the establishment of a hospitality structure in there city

The reactions from Fthiotida - as in all areas where new hotspots are planned - are almost certain , it remains to be seen whether the people will be heard.

However, tension also took place in the chamber where the Regional Council was meeting. In particular, the nationalist regional councillor from GREEK DAWN FOR CENTRAL GREECE, Charalambos Giotis, interrupted the meeting, noting that “ they are not refugees " those who you want to bring to Lamia, but “ illegal immigrants “, also supported by several citizens who were within the chamber . Then there was almost a conflict when the representative of the Communist Party of Greece Bassdekis described the citizens who where protesting and Charalambos Giotis as "fascists"...
