Blasphemous actions by the Jihadist : They burned the sacred Holy Bank in the Church of Saint Charalambos on the island of Chios!
With a shocking picture confronted early this morning the local residents of the village Chalkios of Chios ( near the hot spot were the illegal immigrants are housed on the island ), where the faithful and priests faced the burnt Bank of the Holy altar of Saint Charalambos.
Note, this is the third vandalism of a church from "strangers" in the recent days on the Hellenic island of Chios .
Here are the recent statements of the President of the village about this unfortunate incident:
"Saint Charalambos is a church which is located appoximatly 500 meters from the hospitality structures '' .
"Saint Charalambos is a church which is located appoximatly 500 meters from the hospitality structures '' .
Early this morning, a woman went to church to light the candles and found that someone had broken through the sanctuary window and threw in grass and papers, apparently lit them and the altar was set on fire. The covers of the Holy Bank were burnt, the holy Gospel was burnt with everything else that was on the altar.
The police and forensics had attended the church . Within a week it is now the third church that has been violated in the village. First, the Church of the Virgin Mary where they had opened the window and stole the oil and the candles, the second was the Church of Saints Apostle Peter and Paul where they took the covers of the Holy Bank and now they broke the window and set fire in the Holy Altar of Saint Charalambos.
Saint Charalambos is a larger church compared to the other smaller churches , luckily it wasn't dressed with carpets as it would now have burned down '.
Who are the perpetrators? Apparently Islamists, and probably with the assistance of the Communists .
PS: And the national nightmare of the Mitsotakis Government wants to transfer all the Islamic Esmo to mainland Greece, so as not to leave anything standing! Greeks resist before it's too late!
