Erdogan wants Mosques in Athens and Thessaloniki .

Another challenge from Turkey during the meeting of Kyriakos Mitsotakis with Tayyip Erdogan.
Ankara raised its concern regarding the Muslim minority in Western Thrace calling it "Turkish " and also referred to two monuments as Ottoman cultural inheritance , i.e. mosques in Athens and Thessaloniki.

The meeting ended with the vague and theoretical promise of "close cooperation between the two governments to build a better climate for the benefit of the peoples of both countries and stability in the region".

Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a duty as the Hellenic Prime minister to answer Erdogan, that there is no "Turkish" minority in Thrace, but only Muslim !...and with no surprise he did not!
Another example  of how "patriotic" the government of New Democracy really is .

As for the mosque in Athens, it appears that Erdogan did not know that Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his party NewDemocracy voted for the mosque to be built in Athens and the only party to vote against it was
